With over 2 years of experience in the recruitment field, Anandita excels in assisting employers in finding the perfect job-person fit, helping them harness their talent effectively. Her commitment to making a difference in the realm of women’s empowerment extends to her volunteer work with CCFWE, where she actively engages in recruiting volunteers who share her enthusiasm for bringing positive change.

Anandita holds a dual degree in Psychology and Business, with a minor in Human Resources Management, earned from the University of Waterloo. She possesses a particular interest in the field of Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology, focusing on enhancing recruitment processes, workplace efficiency, and team dynamics.
