Tracy Best is a vastly experienced financial services executive with over 30 years of leadership and management expertise and a track record of building high-performing teams. Since finishing her Bachelor of Commerce from McGill followed by her MBA from Concordia, Tracy has built an outstanding career, highlighted by her tenure of over 23 years at CIBC, the last ten as a senior executive. She is an experienced director having served on the boards for CIBC business units Investor Services and World Markets. In addition, Tracy has served as Executive Sponsor to CIBC’s Women’s Network and One for Change.
