Valentina Cardona is a social worker who centers social justice and advocacy in her work to advance equity and support meaningful impact. She has over five years of experience in gender-based violence and sexual and reproductive health, bringing a trauma-informed approach to each role. Valentina works alongside survivors to ensure their perspectives are recognized and their needs remain at the forefront. She holds a B.A. in Psychology, a Bachelor of Social Work, and a Master of Social Work, all from Carleton University. Valentina is deeply committed to integrating her academic knowledge with approaches that prioritize dignity and empowerment. She strives to foster systemic change and build supportive, survivor-centered communities.
