Why Become a National Awareness Sponsor?

We believe that domestic violence is a difficult problem for corporates, banks, essential service providers, business leaders and credit collectors, and their customers to mitigate the impacts of Economic Abuse. It is a risk to their organization if it means loans, utility bills, rent cannot be repaid. It is a risk to their customers if they are made homeless, lose income, and face mental health challenges in the financial fallout of abuse.

Since perpetrators of abuse use joint financial products and banking systems to control their partner, including post-separation, all private stakeholders and corporate company and building societies must take action to close these loopholes by proactively educating their employees to recognize economic abuse and training them to handle such situations.

We are excited to explore this opportunity with you and hope that you will partner with us in promoting this event, raising awareness of Economic Abuse and protecting women’s financial security.
