Sydney Narciso Wilson is an experienced policy and research professional with a strong commitment to social justice. As a Policy Analyst at CCFWE, she applies intersectional Indigenous and Gender-Based Analysis+ methodologies to examine the systemic barriers affecting women’s economic security. She conducts research, develops policy recommendations, and supports advocacy efforts to address financial abuse and gender-based economic disparities.
Sydney holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction from the University of Toronto, where she majored in History and Peace, Conflict & Justice, with a minor in Human Geography.
Her work is grounded in evidence-based policy development and meaningful engagement with marginalized communities. Through research, stakeholder collaboration, and policy innovation, Sydney is dedicated to advancing equity-focused solutions that drive sustainable and impactful change.
